I work hard in everything in my life, but that doesn’t mean that the goals I set have been easily achieved. I’ve been every size and shape. After the birth of my children, I was 210 pounds and around 40% body fat. I have also been as low at 140 pounds and 15% body fat. I’ve now realized the number on the scale shouldn’t be the priority. There is so much more than the number on the scale. I love being healthy. I am proud of my body. But most importantly, I love what is inside. I can’t make you be healthy. I might inspire you, but I can’t do it for you. You are the one that has to decide what you want in your life. You have to be the one that puts the time and hard work into getting healthy.

What kind of healthy do you want to be? Physically healthy? Spiritually healthy? Emotionally healthy? 

The first step in reaching any goal is to set a few smaller, achievable goals that will get you there. Try a 5k or sign up for a half marathon. Start eating more vegetables. Lower your body fat. Start cutting out sugars.  Not everyone wants to be fit, but everyone should want to be healthy. You decide what healthy means to you.
